Build updates

- New menu that shows the story elements you've collected from the wander

- UI design change to support collecting of stories

- Updated level pickup placement in a few levels

- Door collision on level 4 should be fixed now

Known issue

- UI shows all of the UI when you don't have access to elements yet

- Jump boot UI element needs to fade until jumpboot is recharged
